Database Plans
At GrapheneDB, we offer a broad spectrum of plans designed to ensure sufficient resources for various data set sizes and workloads. The best plan to choose for your deployments should be determined by your dataset and data model, query complexity, and performance goals.
All of our plans are hosted on Amazon Web Services dedicated instances.

Can I scale my deployment?
You can easily scale your deployment using our Change plan feature. Your connection settings and authentication credentials remain the same after plan change operation. You can find more information on changing plans in this article.
Can I customize disk size or CPU?
The current architecture of our system does not permit manual configuration of CPU cores or disk size due to its inherent design, and we’d like to point out that our existing plans are designed to ensure sufficient resources for various data set sizes and workloads.
However, if you have specific requirements or inquiries regarding RAM and CPU customization, please open a Support Case and provide further details around your requirements, and we will get back to you with options available within our system’s constraints.

Placements
Databases should be placed as close to the application as feasible to provide the best performance. GrapheneDB provides hosting in most AWS regions while also providing the possibility to establish a VPC peering to ensure that your database is always deployed inside an AWS VPC. Make sure that you choose the desired AWS region when creating your Environment.
GrapheneDB supports the majority of AWS regions. If you cannot locate a region you’re looking for, please open a Support Case and you will get information on the status of supporting it.
