We support Neo4j Community from the latest LTS release up to the newest versions. New Neo4j releases are usually available on GrapheneDB around two weeks after their official release. Our technology is built around the open source Community edition of Neo4j, which we have extended with production-ready capabilities like backups, read-replicas, query logs and more.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. We offer discounts via our credit system. Credits are flexible and not connected to any specific deployment. Please reach out to our team to get more info about our credit system.

Are there any extra hidden costs?

There are no hidden costs such as one-time setup fees, cancellation fees or data transfer charges (data transfer is unlimited).

Are the servers shared with other customers?

No, every database you create is going to be deployed on dedicated servers within secure VPCs in the region of your choice.

Can I take my data elsewhere?

Accepted Answer

Should you want to take your data elsewhere, databases can be exported any time. Data will be immediately available as a download, which can be loaded into an instance hosted locally or anywhere else.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can request to close your account at any time. Please note that you would need to delete your databases first. Alternatively, if you want to keep your data around for some time while not actively using your database, you can consider pausing your deployments.
